Delivery
Free delivery on every order, no minimum.
- Dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Delivered in 2–5 business days
- Tracking link emailed when it ships
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and you get your money back. The product should be in a condition we can resell — try one bag by all means, but keep the others sealed until you know.
How to return
- Email kontakt@vaka.se with your order number.
- You get a return address and confirmation of the amount.
- Send it back. Return postage is yours unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of arrival.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo and your order number and we replace it or refund in full, postage included. Nothing to send back in that case.
Your statutory rights
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to cancel. This policy is more generous and does not limit your legal rights.
